Lion Red, the quintessential Kiwi beer, began life as the Pale Ale from the Great Northern Brewery in 1907 - a great year for beer and an even better one for beer drinkers. Over the last century, Lion Red has become a favourite for celebrating great times with good mates.

Mac's Freeride is a pale ale brewed to be super low in alcohol but still full in flavour by the process of arrested fermentation. Pale and crystal malts are used to give the beer a smooth, caramelised malt flavour and full body. Fermentation is controlled to keep alcohol at less than 0.5% and then the beer is dry-hopped with New Zealand Nectaron hops, giving aromas of tropical fruit plus notes of peach and grapefruit.

Mac's Green Beret IPA is named after the assertive punch of the US hops, but like any good soldier it also knows the virtues of discipline and restraint. This isn't your average low-carb beer - Maverick is an elevated, high-flying experience. This 99% carb-free bright lager is dry hopped with Superdelic and Nectaron hops, giving it bold tropical notes and a crisp, refreshing finish. Everything you crave in a beer, minus the guilt.

Mac's Slim Hazy is a Hazy IPA brewed to be low in carbs but still full in flavour. Slim Hazy uses Citra and Simcoe hops in the brewhouse and again for dry-hopping, this gives the beer both the right level of bitterness as well as up-front flavour and aroma. Mac's Slim Hazy has notes of passionfruit, pine and stone fruit. Overall, an easy drinking, very session-able IPA.

Mac's TOO EASY is a JUICY Hazy Pale Ale brewed to be BIG and JUICY in flavour but to be exceptionally smooth and EASY drinking.

A classic style Pilsner. A blend of German and Aotearoa hops - Mandarina and Motueka. Gold in colour with citrus fruit notes and a dry finish.

As self-confessed bogans we have an attraction to black. The key to creating a silky death metal monster like Blacktop is the caramelised Golden naked Oats we've built it around.
