KI NO BI SEI is made with the same intricate production method as the original KI NO BI; using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories. The final blend has been recalibrated the distilling team to bring out the best of each botanical at the higher proof. Although often confused with 100 Proof or 57.1% ABV, this bottling is at the traditional British Navy Strength of 54.5% ABV.

KI NO TEA was created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879. Based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city, a number if super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and Gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavour with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas.

Twelfth Hour Distillery was born from a desire to combine fresh, tantalizing, and exotic botanicals from around the globe with premium New Zealand gin. After 22 iterations uniting global botanicals with the powerful makrut (kaffir lime) Twelfth Hour Dry Gin has a clean, crisp aroma on the nose. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aromas that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.

Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

A seasonal release, celebrating the Chardonnay grape harvest of 2021. With this limited edition bottling it has combined the original Victor Gin botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemon grass, cardamom and coriander, with the fruity, delicate flavour of fresh chardonnay grape must. The distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that they pay homage to this grape. Champagne made from only Chardonnay is referred to as 'Blanc de Blancs' or white of whites.
