The Glen Grant is proud to launch a new bright, golden single malt Scotch whisky aged in ex-Bourbon and Spanish Sherry oak casks. Arboralis is matured until it achieves its signature complex elegance from which The Glen Grant has been celebrated for over 180 years. Aged in ex bourbon and ex Spanish sherry oak casks, Arboralis delivers notes of creamy toffee and ripe pears, finishing with a long, satisfying hint of delicate spice.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour our head distiller's mum, Rose, at his little brother's wedding. Rose had recently passed away, and this was his way to have her there in spirit - literally. Carefully-tended flowers, from her rose garden are slowly vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.

The Glenfiddich 12YO bears all the hallmarks of Glenfiddich's Speyside signature style, one that has made it the world's most awarded single malt. Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour. In the glass, a distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear followed by a palate of butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak. Serve neat, with water (to bring out the flavours), over ice or in cocktails.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. Serve neat, with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours), or over ice.

A truly exceptional single malt, the result of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations. Glenfiddich marry their 18YO in small batches of no more than 150 casks. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. In the glass, a dark gold colour and remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak. The meticulous process makes for an exquisite Speyside whisky enriched with complex, warming and vibrant flavours. Notes of vanilla, toffee and oak add smoothness, while expertly layered notes of tropical fruit and spices make it truly extraordinary.

By marrying peated whisky and malts matured in bourbon barrels, and then finishing in Latin rum casks, Glenfiddich created an exquisite whisky with campfire smokiness and toffee sweetness. This exclusive Glenfiddich expression has been matured for 23 years in American and European oak casks and elegantly finished in rare French cuvée casks. The finest flavours from Scotland and France have been fused together through the art of experimentation, to redefine moments of celebration and create a new and extraordinary drinking experience. On the palate layers of rich vanilla oak, sweet brioche, sandalwood, pear sorbet and white grape.

At Glenglassaugh, in addition to the traditional production, we also produce a very limited quantity of whisky using richly peated malted barley as the cereal varietal. The malted barley has been dried in the traditional way, over peat infused kilns, giving the whisky its unique smoky flavour. Glenglassaugh 'Torfa', with its peaty, phenolic nature, is a unique expression, and is quite different to the usual style of whisky produced in the Highlands.

As Glenkinchie is a light and delicate whisky, it makes sense to pair it with an equally light and delicate wine finishing. The nutty quality of the wine helps to intensify the oaky character in the whisky. Slightly sweet with a molasses and caramel factor, the whisky concludes with more nuts covered in spices.
