Inspired by tradition and named "The Beauty of the Seasons," it features 11 carefully selected botanicals organised into six distinct elements - Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice, and Fruity & Floral - each distilled separately to achieve balance and clarity.

KI NO BI SEI Kyoto Dry Gin (54.5%) is a bold, Navy Strength expression from The Kyoto Distillery, inspired by tradition and crafted with precision in Kyoto. Meaning "The Beauty of the Seasons," KI NO BI is made from 11 carefully selected botanicals, distilled separately across six elements - Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice, and Fruity & Floral - to achieve exceptional balance. In the SEI expression, this meticulous process is intensified, with the final blend recalibrated to elevate each botanical to its fullest, delivering a rich, powerful gin with remarkable depth and clarity.

KI NO TEA was created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879. Based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city, a number if super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and Gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavour with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas.

The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old is crafted from the harmonious combination of sherry seasoned American and European oak casks from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. This expression opens with inviting aromas of fudge, candied citrus, vanilla, and soft spice. The palate reveals layers of milk chocolate raisins and creamy toffee, complemented by orange peel and gentle spice, leading to a medium finish with lingering sweet oak. Rich yet approachable, it delivers a smooth and multi-layered sensorial experience.

The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old is a beautifully balanced single malt, crafted from the harmonious union of sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and matured for a minimum of 15 years. This expression showcases a refined interplay of flavours, where creamy vanilla and butterscotch from American oak meet the rich spice and complexity of European oak. Aromas of dried fruit and baked apple lead into a smooth palate layered with sweet raisin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chocolate, finishing with a gentle warmth of lingering oak and spice. A classic Macallan, it offers a multi-layered and exceptionally smooth whisky experience.

The Macallan Double Cask 18YO is a beautifully balanced single malt, matured for 18 years in a harmonious combination of American and European sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. This dual oak influence creates a rich and warming character, where delicate vanilla and citrus notes from American oak meet the gentle spice of European oak. Layers of treacle toffee, sweet ginger, dried fruits, and nutmeg unfold across a golden-hued whisky, delivering depth, complexity, and a smooth, lingering finish that reflects exceptional craftsmanship.
